We provide clear, well-structured construction and contract information packages that define every aspect of a project including architectural drawings, specifications, schedules and legal agreements. These documents are key to smooth delivery, reducing risk, enhancing collaboration, and keeping projects on time and on budget.

Whether under a JCT or RIBA contract, we act as Contract Administrator to make sure things are built to spec and stay on programme. On Design & Build schemes, we work closely with contractors — reviewing designs, checking compliance, and keeping the project aligned to its original intent. We are on-site, in the loop, and making sure everything lands exactly where it should.

→ CDM PRINCIPAL DESIGNER
Health and safety isn’t a box-ticking exercise, it’s built into our process. As CDM Principal Designers, we manage pre-construction risks from day one, making sure your project is safe, compliant, and future-ready.
We plan, manage, monitor, and coordinate health and safety in the pre-construction phase, using our skills, experience, and insight to keep everyone protected.
At Studio G, we have taken on the Principal Designer role across a wide range of projects and sectors. We know what it takes to make health and safety a seamless part of the process, without slowing things down.
→ BUILDING REGULATIONS PRINCIPAL DESIGNER
Any new project requiring a new Building Regulations application will require a Principal Designer to be appointed. The BRPD is responsible for planning, managing, and monitoring the design phase to ensure that all aspects of the design are properly coordinated and meet the requirements of the Building Regulations.
At Studio G, we are well-positioned to deliver this service. Drawing on our extensive experience as Lead Designers and Consultants across a wide range of projects, we will ensure that regulatory compliance is built into every stage of the design process.
→ PROJECT MANAGEMENT
At Studio G, we believe the most successful projects are those where architects lead from the front, guiding every stage from concept through to completion.
We regularly take on the role of Lead Consultant and Contract Administrator for traditionally procured projects, ensuring the design and delivery phases are seamlessly aligned to achieve well-coordinated, high-quality results. On developer-led schemes, we often manage projects from land acquisition to completion, leveraging our collaboration with Gusto Group and Gusto Construction to deliver fully integrated outcomes.
This joined-up approach allows us to manage the entire process, from initial ideas to final build, under a Turnkey-style procurement strategy. It reduces client risk, enhances efficiency, and keeps design quality front and centre.
