    Andrew Jewsbury

    Associate Director
    ARB, RIBA, PGCert, MArch, BA(Hons)

    Andrew has over 14 years’ experience delivering projects across multiple sectors and all RIBA workstages, from inception through to completion. Prior to joining Studio G, he led architectural teams at award-winning practices in Newark and London, working on mixed-use retail-led developments, international schemes, large-scale residential, PBSA and blended living, and commercial projects.

    Outside of work, Andrew has maintained strong relationships with Universities in the region and enjoys providing mentorship as guest reviewer to architecture students.

    Noel Barrowclough

    Co-Founder & Director
    BA (Hons), B_Arch, PG Dip, ARB, RIBA

    Noel registered as an architect and joined the RIBA in 1983, after which he worked in several practices and Local Authorities in the region, prior to forming Studio G in 2005. He thrives on new and unique challenges and has consistently sought opportunities to work on diverse building types in several sectors. His passion for sustainability and the environment is lifelong, and when possible, he encourages his clients to adopt these principles.

    Gary Fellows

    Co-Founder & Director

    Gary has run successful architectural practices for 40 years and in that time has worked on many significant projects across a variety of sectors. He remains passionate that skilful, innovative design solutions should enhance the lives of building occupants and the wider community, whilst creating added commercial value for clients and developers. Gary has received a number of regional and national design awards throughout his career, including the RIBA United Kingdom Award for Outstanding Architectural Design.

    Roger Gascoigne

    Consulting Engineer
    BEng CEng MICE MIStructE CMaPS

    Roger has spent over 50 years in the construction industry, over 45 years in multi-disciplinary consulting practices in designing all the standard construction materials, reinforced concrete, structural steel, timber, and masonry.  Having designed projects in residential, industrial, mining, commercial, education and health & care sectors, he brings extensive experience as an expert witness and Principal Designer under the CDM Regulations.  He continues to develop his knowledge and stay relevant and up to date with changes in the industry through Continuous Professional Development.

    Emma Clarke

    Associate
    CIAT, MCIAT

    A creative and results driven Project Team Leader with over 20 years of experience within the Architectural industry. Adept at translating client briefs into functional designs and co-ordinating various high-quality projects from concept to completion. With a keen interest in staying abreast of industry trends and sustainable design practices, Emma brings the ability to incorporate innovative solutions and environmentally conscious design principles into projects.

    Ian Dick

    BIM Manager
    BSc (Hons) Architectural Design Technology & Production, MCIAT

    Since graduating in 2005, Ian has gained extensive experience across the Residential, Education, Healthcare, Industrial, and Commercial sectors in the East Midlands. He joined Studio G in 2012 as a Senior Architectural Technologist and, in 2025, stepped into the role of BIM Manager, overseeing the implementation and management of BIM processes while providing essential technical support to our studio teams. Ian is also an Associate Member of CIAT (ACIAT).

    Adam Caffrey

    Project Architect
    BA(Hons), ARB, RIBA, PG Dip, MArch

    Adam has a passion for sustainable design & construction, with 8 years practical experience across the residential, retail and industrial sectors. He has worked for practices based throughout the East Midlands developing a commercial understanding for projects across the UK and valued up to £35m.

    Yasmin Kelly

    Project Architect
    BA (Hons), ARB, RIBA, PGDip, MArch

    With 10 years of experience in architectural practice across education, community, residential, defence and heritage projects, Yasmin is passionate about designing spaces that positively impact people and the environment. Since qualifying as an Architect in 2020, she has developed a particular interest in residential and public sector projects that create meaningful change.

    Wilma Gresswell

    Practice Manager

    Wilma has worked with Studio G since 2012, managing the day to day running of the administration of the studio including assisting in the implementation and maintaining of their accreditations of ISO9001 and Constructionline. She has worked in an administration role in architectural businesses for over 26 years.

    Heba Al Radi

    Senior Architectural Technician
    ACIAT

    Heba is an architect with over a decade of experience, graduating from the Arab International University in 2012 and beginning her career while living in Syria during the war - an experience that shaped her resilience, creativity, and determination. Despite the challenges she faced, her passion for architecture has continued to grow, especially in areas that connect people with nature and promote sustainability in the built environment. In 2023, Heba received the Outstanding Achievement Against All Odds award by Building the Future, recognising her perseverance, talent, and dedication. She brings a unique perspective, strong work ethic, and unwavering ambition to every project she undertakes.

    Aaid Hussain

    Part 2 Architectural Assistant
    MArch, BA (Hons)

    Aaid has experience working across residential, heritage and commercial projects, with a strong focus on Grade II–listed and historic buildings. He is passionate about preserving a building’s story while adapting spaces for modern use, blending sustainability with respect for existing fabric to create thoughtful, future-ready designs.

    Alongside practice, Aaid enjoys tutoring and supporting architectural students through design-studio roles, and he is working toward chartership, with the goal of progressing into a project architect role as his career develops.

    Steff Wright

    Chairman

    Steff is the founderand Chairman of Gusto Group Inspired by the 1992 Rio Earth Summit, he has pioneered sustainable design and development for over 25 years.

    Steff and Noel established Studio G in the late 1990s to bring sustainable design expertise in-house alongside Gusto Construction. What started as an in-house function to retain project knowledge has grown into a successful, independent architectural practice.

    Sean Conway

    Managing Director

    Sean joined Rototek in 2021 before stepping up as Managing Director for the wider Gusto Group in 2022. Bringing decades of operational leadership experience, he provides overall structure and strategic direction to Studio G.

    Sean plays a key role in leading our transition to an Employee Ownership Trust, creating a sustainable future where the whole practice shares in our collective success.

    Dawn Tudberry

    HR Director

    Dawn is HR Director for Studio G and the wider Gusto Group. CIPD Level 5 qualified with over 15 years of HR experience, she plays a key role in supporting our team’s growth and maintaining a positive, collaborative environment across the practice.  

    Dawn works closely with our team to make sure everyone has the right support to perform to the best of their ability while at work.

    Jasmin Wright

    Head of Brand and Purpose

    Jasmin oversees brand and marketing for Studio G and Gusto Group. Working closely with Associate Director, Andrew, she shapes the marketing strategy for the practice.

    Jasmin also drives our B Corp certification, making sure our commitment to responsible design, sustainability, and supporting our people remains front and centre in everything we do.

    Terrie Nicholson

    Payroll and Accounts

    Terrie looks after accounts and payroll across Studio G and the wider Gusto Group. She keeps our finances running smoothly behind the scenes, handling our monthly payrolls, supporting HR with payroll enquiries, and assisting with wider admin tasks. 

    Before joining us, she co-founded a computer company, it was while managing her own business that she found her passion for payroll and accounts.

    Sarah Avis

    Learning and Development Coordinator

    Sarah oversees employee training and development across Studio G and the wider Gusto Group. She ensures our team have access to the right qualifications, courses, and internal support to develop in their roles. 

    She takes time to get to know people individually so she can give them the exact backing they need to succeed. Sarah firmly believes that looking after our workforce is what keeps the whole business moving forward.
