  • Edward Acres

    Managing Director (Principal Architect)
    BA (Hons), B_Arch, PG Dip, ARB, RIBA

    With his passion for business, forward thinking design solutions and providing exceptional customer service, Edward joined Studio G in August 2024 with the combined support from the existing Studio Directors and from the wider Gusto Group to elevate Studio G and drive it into the future. Since arriving at Studio G, Edward has so far begun growing the practice by opening the service offering to the wider architectural design market and increasing capacity of the practice with increased staff and newly implemented systems and operating procedures.

  • Noel Barrowclough

    Co-Founder & Director
    BA (Hons), B_Arch, PG Dip, ARB, RIBA

    Noel registered as an architect and joined the RIBA in 1983, after which he worked in several practices and Local Authorities in the region, prior to forming Studio G in 2005. He thrives on new and unique challenges and has consistently sought opportunities to work on diverse building types in several sectors. His passion for sustainability and the environment is lifelong, and when possible, he encourages his clients to adopt these principles.

  • Gary Fellows

    Co-Founder & Director
    BA (Hons), B_Arch, PG Dip, ARB, RIBA

    Gary has run successful architectural practices for 40 years and in that time has worked on many significant projects across a variety of sectors. He remains passionate that skilful, innovative design solutions should enhance the lives of building occupants and the wider community, whilst creating added commercial value for clients and developers. Gary has received a number of regional and national design awards throughout his career, including the RIBA United Kingdom Award for Outstanding Architectural Design.

  • Emma Clarke

    Project Team Leader
    CIAT

    A creative and results driven Project Team Leader with over 20 years of experience within the Architectural industry. Adept at translating client briefs into functional designs and co-ordinating various high-quality projects from concept to completion. With a keen interest in staying abreast of industry trends and sustainable design practices, Emma brings the ability to incorporate innovative solutions and environmentally conscious design principles into projects.

  • Ian Dick

    BIM Manager
    BSc (Hons) Architectural Design Technology & Production

    Since graduating in 2005, Ian has gained extensive experience across the Residential, Education, Healthcare, Industrial, and Commercial sectors in the East Midlands. He joined Studio G in 2012 as a Senior Architectural Technologist and, in 2025, stepped into the role of BIM Manager, overseeing the implementation and management of BIM processes while providing essential technical support to our studio teams. Ian is also an Associate Member of CIAT (ACIAT).

  • Adam Caffrey

    Architect
    BA(Hons), ARB, RIBA, PG Dip, MArch

    Adam has passion for sustainable design & construction, with 8 years practical experience across the residential, retail and industrial sectors. He has worked for practices based throughout the East Midlands developing a commercial understanding for projects across the UK and valued up to £35m.

  • Yasmin Kelly

    Project Architect

    With 10 years of experience in architectural practice across education, community, residential, defence and heritage projects, Yasmin is passionate about designing spaces that positively impact people and the environment. Since qualifying as an Architect in 2020, she has developed a particular interest in residential and public sector projects that create meaningful change.

  • Wilma Gresswell

    Practice Manager

    Wilma has worked with Studio G since 2012, managing the day to day running of the administration of the studio including assisting in the implementation and maintaining of their accreditations of ISO9001 and Constructionline. She has worked in an administration role in architectural businesses for over 26 years.

  • Connor Ward

    Trainee Architectural Technician

    Working towards a Level 4 HNC in Construction Management for England (Design and Build Technician), Connor is currently developing his skills in technical design, construction detailing and project coordination. He plans to continue learning at Studio G whilst advancing towards becoming a certified Architectural Technician.
