Membership is free, and members can direct-award work through CHIC's frameworks without running a full tender, provided they submit a business case.

Pagabo manages procurement frameworks on behalf of the public sector, giving buyers a compliant, tender-free route to appoint suppliers for construction, infrastructure, consultancy and estates management projects. It works with over 700 public sector clients across the UK.
→ Efficiency East Midlands
EEM is a not-for-profit procurement consortium giving publicly funded organisations across England and Wales free access to compliant frameworks and Dynamic Purchasing Systems, covering construction, planned maintenance, materials and consultancy services. Its membership includes local authorities, housing associations, NHS trusts and other public bodies.

Perfect Circle is a partnership of consultancy firms delivering advisory, professional and technical services across infrastructure, built and natural environment projects for the public and utilities sectors. Clients access this expertise through the SCAPE Consultancy frameworks, a procurement-compliant route to market.
→ Delta
Delta is an eSourcing platform used by UK public sector buyers to publish tender notices and manage procurement exercises, backed by BiP Solutions since 2002. It covers the full procurement lifecycle, from notice creation and tender management through to supplier and contract management.
