The retail store at Dunsmore Ave. Bingham was instructed in Late 2024 following a concept presentation shared with The Lincolnshire COOP into the use of Modern Methods of Construction for the creation of a New Build store template for the future.
Traditionally the Lincolnshire COOP either develop new-build stores using a more traditional aesthetic or convert existing buildings within the community in rural and civic areas.
The new food store concept allows them to progress into the future through the development of an innovative, concept for their retail offer, whilst increasing massively the speed of delivery on site and improving their focus on sustainability.
