Easthorpe Green

Client: Gusto Homes

Capacity: 39 Dwellings

Value: £10m

Easthorpe Green is a thoughtfully planned development of 36 new‑build homes, designed to significantly exceed current Building Regulations, with performance levels comparable to Passivhaus standards.

The scheme reflects a strong commitment to fabric‑first design, long‑term energy efficiency and environmental responsibility.

The development delivers a varied mix of bungalows, dormer bungalows and contemporary family homes, all unified by a country village architectural language that responds sensitively to its rural context. Careful consideration has been given to scale, form and layout, creating a cohesive and well‑balanced neighbourhood.

In addition to the new‑build homes, the scheme incorporates the conversion of an existing 1920s Art Deco lodge, providing three three‑bedroom dwellings that retain and celebrate the character of the original building while upgrading its performance to modern standards.

Easthorpe Green demonstrates Studio G’s approach to high‑performance residential design at a neighbourhood scale - combining efficiency, contextual design and architectural clarity to create sustainable homes built for the future.
