Pitomy Farm is a residential scheme of 30 homes on the edge of the Low Street conservation area in Collingham, with views across the River Fleet and the open countryside of the Trent Valley.
The design draws on the character of the surrounding village, with a traditional layout and a mix of house types ranging from 2-bedroom terraced homes to 5-bedroom detached properties.
