Since 2020 we have worked on multiple projects under a Framework arrangement with NSDC, and we have recently commenced work on a new Framework, which is expected to carry on until 2029.
Having provided architectural services for Newark and Sherwood Homes over several years and delivering two Extra-Care schemes and a retirement development, in 2020 we were successful in winning a Framework contract with NSDC and we have been working with them continually since then, successfully navigating the Covid years.
To date, we have carried out feasibility studies on many sites, from single properties to large developments, many of which we have successfully delivered, others that are now awaiting the delivery phase.
At the start of each project, we work directly for the client, providing site appraisals, feasibilities, and design services up to planning approval. During the delivery phase (RIBA Stages 4 -6) we work directly for the successful tendering contractor.
