Our Partnership with Gusto Construction

We have been working with Gusto Construction on projects across Nottinghamshire and Lincolnshire for many years. With both businesses being part of Gusto Group, we share the same values of designing for community and building a sustainable future, meaning the working relationship between our teams is well-established and efficient.

As a sustainable architectural firm based in near Newark, Studio G works across residential, commercial, education and extra care sectors, delivering projects in Nottinghamshire and Lincolnshire. From initial design through to construction and handover, we work closely with the Gusto Construction team throughout the process. That continuity benefits our clients: the contractor understands the design intent from the outset, and we stay involved through the build to make sure it is delivered as intended.

Whilst we work closely with Gusto Construction, we also deliver projects for a wide range of external developers, local authorities and contractors.

Projects we have worked on together

Collingham Brook, Collingham

This development is in the heart of Collingham village and consists of 60 market dwellings, affordable housing and an 89-unit retirement village called The Beaufields.

Across the market homes, we incorporated electric infrared heating, solar PV panels and high levels of airtightness, resulting in beautiful contemporary homes.

The Beaufields

The 89-unit extra care development located on Collingham Brook consists of 22 one and two-bedroom apartments for the over-55s, alongside 67 two-bedroom bungalows, a family visitor suite, communal spaces, and gardens. The development uses a range of sustainable technologies including ground-source heating, air-to-air heating with summer cooling, MVHR, and PV panels with battery storage.

Pitomy Farm, Collingham

A development of 30 traditionally styled homes on the edge of Low Street in Collingham. The scheme includes a range of house types from two-bedroom terraces to five-bedroom detached properties, arranged in a traditional village layout.

Gusto House, Collingham

Gusto House is Gusto Group's headquarters, built at the heart of the Collingham Brook development and designed in collaboration with Gusto Construction. The commercial space is home to the Group's offices, a café and deli, gym, co-working space, a training room, and rentable office space.

As commercial architects in Nottinghamshire, projects like Gusto House sit alongside our residential work and demonstrate the quality of what our team can deliver.

Home Green, Lincoln

A follow-on development from Home Grange, comprising of 10 two-bedroom bungalows for the over-55s adjacent to Boultham Park. All properties are built to lifetime homes standards, with layouts designed around future accessibility. A shared car park serves both residents and visitors to the park.
